The house is a recently refurbished, 4  bed HMO, that we are changing to a 3 bed HMO. The 2 rooms on the upper ground floor that are being let have their own kitchen, dining room, on the same floor, and there own bathroom and cloakroom on the first floor.The landlord lives in the semi basement with its own facilities, and the top floor has a studio flat with its own facilities. The two rooms being let are arranged as bedrooms, but there is a communicating door between the rooms that is bolted at the moment. Because of licensing issues I want to let the 2 rooms  as 1 double bedroom and a lounge. The occupier could be a single person or a couple forming one household. The house is an HMO so it is not a self contained flat. So an unusual setup and viewing would be essential.  The Landlord is willing to let the rooms furnished, unfurnished, or part furnished. The utility bills are included in the rent. The house is conveient for trains and buses, and there is a small park at the top of the road. Camberwell School of Art is near by.
     We arranging for a licence at the moment as the previous license was lapsed during the renovation work. So the advert has gone in a bit early. We will change the advert as soon as the license is available.
