Tenants can report issues using our online dashboard or our 24/7 support line. We'll send you email updates to keep you informed of any issues, but we ensure everything gets resolved for you.

We like to think our policy is very comprehensive, but in the unlikely event that something isn't covered, our suppliers may still be able to provide a quote from their network of approved contractors and you can still use your online dashboard to communicate with your tenants and help manage the repair.

Yes - you are able to cancel whenever you like provided you haven’t made a claim under the policy or used a policy benefit. In this case we'll stop your policy at the end of the current billing period and cancel any future monthly payments.
