Offering one double bedroom in a 7th floor 2-bed furnished flat in the heart of Shoreditch, with a spacious lounge and kitchen. We are looking for a professional / professional couple to share our great flat with. We live in Denmark, and we travel to London either for work or to meet friends/family so we use the other bedroom in the flat a few days a month. So for much of the time it would feel like your own one-bedroom flat.

The rent includes all bills (heating, electricity, broadband, TV license, council tax, and service charge are all included) and the flat will be fully furnished.

The flat has great views and is ideally located in Shoreditch, with Old Street station a 5 minute walk, 4 bus routes from just outside the flat, lots of shops and the City is very close by.
