𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦:
The room has a large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bed frame, but you'll need to provide the rest. It measures 3.5m x 3m, which easily fits a double bed, chest of drawers, bookcase, desk & chair, and you can still move around. It has a nice view of the green space downstairs, and you can even see the Gherkin!
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞:
You’ll be sharing the flat with me—Mila! I’m 30 and work for an asset management firm (3 days in the office, 2 WFH). Deep convos type of person with a fairly broad spectrum of interests. I love hiking up mountain peaks, trotting around Europe, catching opera/ballet/West End shows, but I also spend a lot of time at home, chilling with my beautifully illustrated book collection. Let’s play a board game, catch some sunshine on the balcony, or binge something funny. Don't be a stranger! That said, I need my alone time, so your personal space is safe. ✌🏻
𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬:
This is a clean and quiet 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞, poor hygiene and noise are not acceptable. Friends are always welcome for dinner/board games/movie night of course, but it's not a party house. The neighbours are also very quiet. Smoking on the balcony is totally fine (I vape).
If you're interested, drop me a message with a bit about yourself—your interests, your working pattern, and what you're looking for in a flatmate. Let’s see if we’d be a good match! ❤️
