We have a large, bright double room available in our friendly three person house share. 

The room’s furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bookcase. The room has a connection point for a TV. There are two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. There’s also a dishwasher, additional freezer, and washing machine.

The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk away from Riddings park. There’s plenty of parking and good transport connections. By car it’s 10 minutes to Alfreton, 30 minutes to Derby, and 35 minutes to Nottingham. It’s a five-minute walk to the bus stop and two small supermarkets.

The rent is £450 per calendar month and includes:
