Room in a Shared House, Mears Close, E1

Hi guys!

This is a 3.5 month tenancy (Apr 20th > May, Jun, Jul > Aug 1st) and it's a "SHARED BEDROOM" with a nice Sth African 26yr old male. You both have your own bed in this huge bedroom (you'll have the single bed). So we are looking for a male who works normal hours like up before 8am and in bed by 10pm.

So you have a MASSIVE room (shared wtih Ryan), loads of natural light, direct access to our private courtyard via an additional private entrance, + an en suite bathroom you'll share with Ryan. This level/bedroom is like a one bedroom flat as you also have the laundry on this level and only have to share the kitchen upstairs.

Bills are not included and are £200 per person: elec / TV licence / WiFi / Water / Council Tax / Cleaner twice a month. So £600 + £200 = £800/month.

This is a 5 level, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse with 4 awesome full time flatmates: Oliver (UK entrepreneur), Acacia (USA consultant / entrepreneur), Emilie (French jewlery designer / entrepreneur) and Ryan is a stone mason / crypto trader.

Our mews is sunny + very quiet / party people are not suited.

It's next to Brick Lane, E1, the city, loads of transport / supermarkets / gyms + cycling / walking distance to everywhere.

Washing machine & tumble dryer.

The landlords is Aussie, and looking for easy going nice tenants to join our positive vibes house!
