Seeking Property Guardians*: 

Self-contained house available in large house for a couple or a few friends, available 20 November in Thornton Heath - £500 (per guardian per month).  

This large former care home is a 5-minute walk from local high street and 10 min walk from Thornton Heath station. Price is per person and excludes Council Tax and utilities, it would be your responsibility to register and pay these accounts.  

The large house consists of 4x bedrooms, 2x bathrooms, large lounge and large kitchen/diner and a garden. We are looking for responsible individuals to sign up as property guardians and who are able to move in the coming week, and most NB, who are able to live in and look after the property as per the rules of being a property guardian.

Available to singles & couples / no pets or dependants.

* What is a Property Guardian: 

A property guardian is a mature, working professional who resides in a would-be vacant property, occupying a shared living space under a non-exclusive license agreement, for the purpose of providing a security function. A property guardian does not act as a security guard and are not expected to intervene with any criminal activity – they are there to act as an early warning system should anything of the sort occur. Their presence helps not only to detract from anti-social behaviour, such as squatting and asset stripping, but also ensures that properties are well maintained.
