It is a warm home that becomes a place to share food, ideas, music as well as movie nights as we have a projector. The house backs onto Camberwell cemetery so it’s very quiet with lovely nature views at the back of the house. The nearest overground station is Honor Oak Park which is a 20 mins walk from the property. There is bus service (63 or 363) that stops just outside the house and goes to Kings Cross. Lordship lane is a 15 min walk and offers many lovely shops, cafes, cinema, and other amenities. Peckham Rye Park is a 5 min walk away. The property is ready to move in to on the 18th December 2024. It is with a private landlord who requires references.
