It's not for anyone requiring a full time home office (prefer no more than 2 days WFH/week).

I live here (with my 13 year old daughter) in this beautiful 4 bedroom house off Kensington Church St. and part of the HillGate Village area (instagramers love it). It's a 4 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate and 9 minute walk to High St Kensington Tube stations. And there is a good network of buses close by. Easy access to London Airports, The City, Universities, Corporate HQ, Banks andMainline Stations. A quiet residential road, though in a couple of minutes you have access to everything you could desire.

The room available is huge, on the top floor, with fitted wardrobes, double bed, desk/Herman Miller chair, lots of natural light. It has its own shower  room. There is a settee creating the perfect independent space for relaxing, study or reading. 

Council Tax, fibre-optic broadband, TV license, gas, electricity, water, will be included, unless there is excessive usage in which case we can agree a further payment. Use of washing machine and kitchen facilities will be available. There is outside space on the  upper terrace.

Anchored on each side by Holland Park and Hyde Park, Westfield Shopping Center, Portobello Road, Oxford St, Mayfair, Chelsea and Knightsbridge are easily accessible by bus/tube and within a 30 minute walk. Imperial College, theatres, museums, amazing restaurants, bars and pubs are on the doorstep, There are plenty of options on local gyms from budget to luxury, good medical facilities, hair, nail & beauty salons etc.

Preference is for 6 months and I would consider short term of 2+ months at a higher price and for the right person.
