Due to relocating out of the UK, I sadly will be leaving my beautiful flat in this amazing building.

If you have a baby, there’s also a nursery in the other building within the Union wharf. 
If you’re a coffee lover, there’s a cool coffee shop under the building too.
The communal areas are beautiful decorated, clean and well looked after.

The location is extremely easy to get  to on dlr or by train from Greenwich station  or Deptford station.
A number of busses also stop right in front of the building including the night busses from central London.

The building has a wonderful residents team who look after the building and any required maintenance and also help with everything from receiving your deliveries, and helping with your returns, booking the event space or the guest flat for your visitors, or even printing your documents!
In addition they organise residents events every few weeks… Christmas party, Halloween party, painting workshops, wreath making workshops, wine and cheese evenings, summer parties…
