I am leaving London and so I am looking for someone to take over the room and the lease of my contract, which lasts until September 25, 2025. The room has a small private bathroom. The room includes a desk and chair and a wardrobe.

The room is on the 3rd floor of a 6 bedroom flatshare. Other tenants are mainly students, everyone is friendly, quiet, and respectful, common area includes a kitchen and patio on the ground floor.

The apartment is equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Each room has its own digital code to keep the room locked. The apartment is located 5 min away from South Bermondsey train station, which gives easy access to London Bridge and other areas.

Bills are 44.14 per month and WiFi 15 per month.

The contract ends on the 16th of September 2025.
