If a student and no UK property owner guarantor, payment in advance of 9 months or one year will be considered (ie full term). Because of proof of income issues, confirmation of applicants affordability is required before a viewing can be arranged. ie what is your OCCUPATION and MONTHLY PROVEN INCOME.
