There are 2 balconies at the opposite ends of the flat providing a beautiful view over Greenwich from the living room side and a peek of the river as well as the O2 arena from the bedrooms side.

Living room/kitchen area is spacious with a comfy corner sofa that pulls out into a sofa bed.
Kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Flat is largely furnished with the majority of items in the pictures staying (this can be flexible, according to tenants needs). There is additional storage in the cabinets in the hall. One of the cabinets contains a washing machine/dryer.

Flat is bright and clean, with a cleaner coming fortnightly. We also had carpets professionally cleaned last week.

Development has a well equipped 2-floor gym available 24/7 to residents, each block has it's own bike storage and there is 24/7 concierge service available (taking all packages etc.)

Bus stop (188, 422, 108) takes you to North Greenwich or Cutty Sark in about 5 min.
Maze Hill train station is a 12 minute walk from the flat - trains to London Bridge (10 min), Cannon Street (12 min).
You can also cycle to the station in around 5 minutes.

Shops (Co-Op, Sainsbury's, Tesco), restaurants, cafes and local pubs are nearby.
