The space
Step into the spacious living room, furnished with a plush sofa, cozy armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and showcase panoramic views of the city.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table that comfortably seats four.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed, both dressed in hotel-quality linens and featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. One bedroom also has access to a glazed balcony with two comfy chairs and a small coffee table, perfect for relaxing while taking in the view.

For your convenience, there are two sleek bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, along with soft towels and complimentary toiletries.

The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort, and the entire apartment features underfloor heating.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure your comfort.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you will be charged 100 GBP
