Costs:

The rent for couples is £1,344. Bills will remain in the landlord's name.

The flat is very tidy and clean and we would expect anyone who comes to live in it to contribute to keep it this way. To this end, there is currently a cleaner that Brad has arranged to come every other Tuesday which costs £15 to each tenant every time she comes.
