Spacious double room available in a nice gated block of flats opposite the river. Quiet, residential area with a park nearby. The Docklands pier is a minute away where you can take a ferry across the river. or walk along the Thames path and enjoy the beautiful views.

Bus stop outside the door that takes you to Canada Water (jubilee/overground) or Rotherhithe (overground) stations in 5min, or alternatively a short walk. Fantastic connections to London Bridge, Waterloo or Tower Bridge.

Pub, coffee shop, deli shop in our street. Tesco superstore, Sainsbury's, Co-op, Decathlon, Boots, Superdrug, Lidl, Surrey Quays shopping centre, are all within walking distance.

The room gets lots of light and comes with a huge mirrored wardrobe (floor-to-ceiling), laminated floor, desk, chair, bedside table, chest of drawers and sofa. There is no living room. Kitchen fully equipped, washer-dryer machine. The rent is £800 with bills included except the internet which is £14 per month.

The room will suit someone who is quiet, very clean, mature, responsible, respectful and considerate, works full-time and does not smoke. Sorry no students. Only people who are aware of their duties and responsibilities in a flat share please (paying bills on time, contributing to buying communal products, deep cleaning on their week, always cleaning up after themselves, being considerate with time spent cooking, equally taking the trash out, not causing unnecessary noise, not slamming doors, etc), it is important we find a good fit.

A little bit about us, we are professionals working in business, we are friendly, up for the occasional chat but respectful of each other's space. We like to keep the place tidy and clean. This is not a party house. The landlord is really nice and this is an excellent price for the location and the quality of the room.
