The property is around 1.1 km from Queen's Theatre, 1.3 km from Prince Edward Theatre and 700 metres from Oxford Street. The property is 600 metres from Oxford Circus, and within 1.4 km of the city centre
About Me:
I’m a young professional working in the innovation field here in London. I value a calm and respectful living environment and enjoy my own hobbies (yoga, writing, surfing, performance art...) outside of work.

Who I’m Looking For:
• You’re a young professional in your late 20s or 30s.
• You appreciate cleanliness, respect shared spaces, and bring good vibes to the flat.

Move-In Details:
• Start Date: Move in/pay by January 2025.
• Commitment: Stay until at least the end of June 2025.

Rent & Costs:
• Rent: 1,100/month, due on the 28th before each new month.
• Deposit: 500 paid at move-in.
• Utilities: Your share of utilities (gas/electricity/heating, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies) paid every month to the master tenant (me)
