Room in a Shared House, Larkhall Rise, SW4

Large bedroom (approx 20 sq m) and own use Bathroom next to bedroom but not strictly ensuite. The room has secondary glazing and is very quiet.  We have ulrafast broadband. The five/ six bedroom house is occupied by me, and my partner.The Kitchen is large and shared although my partner has her own kitchen and bathroom on the top floor so the downstairs kitchen is underused.My background is that I am a retired Barrister and my partner is a Civil Servant.We have a large garden. We are keen to find someone we really get on with and would hope for a reasonably long let, although all offers are considered!

For reasons to do with the way the website is set up I have described it as a 2 bed property although it is in fact a lot larger.  If I describe it as a 6 bed property and only advertise a single room it states that five rooms are let  - which is not the case.

In addition the website does not allow us to specify what we want in terms of length of stay - the contract would be a months notice either way - but we are seeking people intending to stay at least nine months

Please feel free to ask more if you need further information. If a couple we would probably wish to make some adjustment to reflect costs.
