Looking for a new flatmate to join our epic warehouse loft in the heart of East London!

This space is perfect for soaking up the best of London’s summer—think BBQs on the terrace, chilled evenings under the stars, and sunrises over the rooftops. The flat is bright, spacious and full of character, with a big living area, a terrace, and access to not one, but two rooftops!

📍 Location
We’re in a prime East London spot—walking distance to Victoria Park, London Fields, Broadway Market, Columbia Road, and Brick Lane. Closest tube is Bethnal Green (Central Line), so you can be in the city centre in under 15 minutes.

🛏️ The Room
Double room and full of light, ideal for a professional or student who wants a calm and creative place to live. Couples are welcome too (slightly different rate).

🏡 The Vibe
You’ll be living with two friendly flatmates—one working in education, tech, and the arts, the other in architecture and photography. During the week we’re out at work, but in the evenings we love to chill, cook, and sometimes host casual dinners, BBQs or a low-key boogie with friends.

We’re looking for a like-minded, respectful and easygoing person (or couple) who enjoys both a peaceful home and the occasional social evening. Short term rents can be considered, just contact us.
