This is a great house located near Clapham Junction, Clapham Common and Battersea Park.

The closest bus stop is only 2 minutes away connecting you to Chelsea, Vauxhall, Wimbledon, Waterloo and more. And you are only a 10-15 minute walk from both Clapham Junction and Clapham Common where there are loads of lovely restaurants, bars and cafes.

The room itself is a bright double that overlooks the garden. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a bathroom with a rainforest shower upstairs and a second toilet on the ground floor.

The house has a separate living room, dining area with 4-seater dining table (great for working from home) and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, a dishwasher and washing machine. There are also two separate storage cupboards in the house which are perfect for storing away suitcases. The house also has a garden which is great for relaxing/drinks in the summer.

There are plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants in the local area all of which are also available on Uber eats. There is a Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Co-Op just around the corner with a big Lidl and Asda just ten minutes down the road.

You are very well connected with Clapham Common tube station and Clapham Junction station both just a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away. There are also over ground services from Queenstown Road and Wandsworth Road stations. The 137, 156, 452, 77 and 87 buses will connect you to most of London. The lovely Battersea Park and Clapham Common are also just a short walk away.
