There is adequate free parking on the road and in a car park outside , and a private garden.

The property is very close to the new tram station and all other forms of transport for Nottingham city including the train are close by. Beeston shops, bars and amenities are approx 10 minute walk. Nottingham University entrance 5 minutes walk

Additional Costs;- shared bills between all tenants; - Gas, Electric, water and broadband are on average around £70 per tenant per month. (with 3 pers)
Our Solar panels help to ensure that the electric bills are never too high - especially during the lighter months.

Students are exempt from Council tax if they provide correct information for the council

Rent will be higher by approx. £60 to cover council tax if tenant is not exempt from paying.
