HELLO LOVELY PEOPLE

We have a unique opportunity for you to stay in our lovely glampavan in our garden NOW (with immediate availability)..... with access to all the facilities and the social buzz of the house, but retreating to your own private little sanctuary to relax.

The glampavan is only for short term lets while we are organising our spare bedroom which will be available in September 2025, so the glampavan could suit you if you are looking for a short term stop gap or of course, if you want to consider moving into our refurbished bedroom in summer 2025 for more a long term stay :)

We are also doing viewings for people wishing to view our room in advance of availability on 27th August 2025. Please let us know which accomodation you are interested in when you submit your enquiry.


PROPERTY INFORMATION
This house is a large beautiful well maintained property, with a very homely, cosy feel. The house is fully furnished, so it is a home from home waiting for you to just move in.....

The accommodation comprises 2 bathrooms with bath & shower, large kitchen with breakfast bar, doors opening out on to the beautiful garden patio and a unique glampavan lounge for watching all your favourite movies or chilling with house mates.

The garden is a magical peaceful garden with fairy lights, water feature, garden furniture, fire pit and outside heating, perfect for even the chilly nights

There is also a roof sun garden equipped with fairy lights, heating and a water fountain (ideal for a nice quiet glass of wine under the stars).

Double rooms are bright and spacious and have large windows overlooking the roof sun terrace or garden. Off street parking may also be available by arrangement.

This house has all the mod cons and facilities you would expect such as gas hob, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer etc...
There is gas central heating with individual thermostats for each room.

AREA
All local amenities are within a 2-5 min walk including Peckham Plex Cinema (only £5.99 to watch the latest movies), Peckham gym. swimming pool with spa sauna and steam room. The infamous Peckham library, internet cafes, local coffee shops including Costa Coffee etc. We have a fully loaded high street with clothes shops including Primark & JD sports, a post office, various banks and a selection of bars, pubs, restaurants (Honest Burger, Nandos and other quirky eateries), fast food restaurants including Burger King, Nandos, Gregs, Subway, McDonalds and many other local chinese, indian or kebab takeaways. We are directly opposite MountView Academy of Theatre Arts. We are only a 5 min walk from the renowned 'Bussey Building' (art exhibitions, rooftop cinema), Peckham Levels, The infamous 'Frank's Bar' and the quirky 'four quarters' where you can play all your old favourite arcade games while enjoying a nice glass of wine! There are numerous roof top bars/restaurants within a 2 minute walk to include CLF, Skybar and comedy events hosted weekly

There is a variety of street markets (selling fresh fish & meat) and supermarkets to choose from including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Morrisons, Pound Stretcher, supersaver and lidl, these are all within easy reach.
Local parks offer tennis & basketball courts. All cycle routes run off road from the smaller parks in Peckham Village to the larger football fields of Burgess Park.

TRANSPORT
Transport in Peckham is excellent (24 hour bus service).
All major bus routes serve Peckham with an easy network to and from most destinations including the West End (i. e. Oxford Street, Westminster & Trafalgar Square), city (i. e. The shard, Gherkin, Tower of London, London Bridge, Liverpool St, St Pauls & Euston),Greenwich, Blackheath, Lewisham, Catford, Dulwich and Brixton.
It is approx 20 minutes to the City or West End.
Peckham Rye Train Station and Queens Road Station are within 2 minutes walk.
The nearest Tube Station is Elephant and Castle (zone 1), 10-15 min walk or a short bus ride away.
