LETTING INFORMATION AND COSTS

In all of our properties we have an easy payment process. We require £100 to hold the property for you. This £100 is then used towards your move-in costs.

Deposit is equivalent of 1 months rent as a deposit and this is secured with DPS (Deposit Protection Service)

Example: Rent = £1450, Deposit = £1450. Total to move in is £2900. You have paid £100 to hold the property and the remaining amount to pay to move in is £2800

The remaining amount is required at least 3 working day before your tenancy starts.

Letting type - Standard tenancy is 12 months with a 6 month break-clause.
