Room in a Shared House, Penrith Road, CR7

A single room is available to rent in a relaxed family home. The room is furnished and overlooks a west-facing paved garden. The house is a redbrick Victorian end-of terrace and is prominently situated on the street. It is a spacious family home with a large recently renovated paved garden. There is a spacious  kitchen with a separate lounge and dining area. There is shared bathroom with a shower and toilet.

We are looking for a female housemate that would be able to enter a house share from April/May 2025. We are seeking a short-term stays for 1 to 12 months. Most of us work from home and have occasional trips to other towns in the UK for work. 

In terms of location, the house would suit professionals based in Croydon (University Hospital or Council) or those commuting to London Victoria or London Bridge. Also commutable for King's College Hospital Denmark Hill Campus. We would prefer mature students.

We are two daughters and a mother. One of us occasionally has extended stays abroad for business. The landlady's son has moved to Liverpool and visits occasionally during the holidays sometimes.
