The room available is in a lovely block of flats on the first floor of five levels and has the benefit of a lift  and has a nice green outlook. The double room is bright and cosy and you also have your own bathroom. The kitchen/lounge is shared with son and his girlfriend who are both lovely and friendly, you also have use of the internet. Also you  have use of a balcony on those nice summer nights. The flat is in a good position close to M25 and a 20 min walk into town which gives numerous links by train into London etc  also the bus runs every 10mins from the estate into Dartford or Bluewater Shopping Centre. On the estate we have a shop that sells almost everything , a chemist , certain evenings a chip van and pizza van do the rounds and both are amazing. The Nucleus Centre also does lovely cake and cup of tea etc .  We also have lovely  walks down to the Thames or a nice walk around the lake on the estate. Am looking for a young to middle aged working professional for 3 months but happy to extend going forward. There is no allocated parking space but there is room to park outside the block .
