(a "pied a terre" basis the room remains your private space to keep your stuff but you will be spending each weekend elsewhere, except for specific and agreed exceptions)
 
The room and bathroom have been recently redecorated and are part of a refurbished house which is situated on a pleasant, well planted square with local café, deli and gardens. The upcoming Nine Elms, Embassy quarter and Battersea power station developments are within walking distance.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the Victoria line tube, the mainline station and bus. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the Oval for the Northern Line tube. You can be in central London and the West End in less than 20 mins and a cab home usually costs less than £20. 
The house is a three bedroom property which you will share with the landlords, who have a separate floor with en suite, and one other male tenant, with whom you will share a bathroom.
