This is a lovely spacious flat with lots of natural light. The bathroom has a bath and shower combo, sink / sink cabinet, toilet and towel radiator. The kitchen has a new Oven, hob and plenty of storage, along with a chair to eat at the breakfast bar.

This is unfurnished, however I can discuss part furnished options if this is something you would like.

There is parking around the flat for yourself and any visitors!

Transport links: 2 minute walk to Benton Metro and a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop which will both take you to the city centre.

I truly love this flat and am looking for a conscientious, tidy and respectful tenant to treat it like a proper home. I'm a reasonable and quick responding landlord and really want to make sure you have a safe and comfortable home to live in. The apartment block is very quiet so would ask that this is respected.

I will be doing viewings from 29th February with a move in date to be as soon as possible.
