I am looking for a female between the ages of 20-30 to take over my tenancy. The current flatmate is a Female (25 years) and is a working professional.
I am looking for someone who is tidy, clean, loves hanging out together but also likes their own space.

The security deposit is 1625£ (5 weeks rent), monthly rent is 1300£ and the bills come upto approximately 150£ including everything (wifi, water, council etc)
