The room on the first floor, is in a quiet house near East Barnet Village (Greater London). The bedroom has a double bed with storage drawers, an ample wardrobe a bedside table with lamp and a chair.

In the shared kitchen there are all facilities and appliances to make coffee or tea, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas hob and conventional electric oven along with cutlery, pans, cups and plates. There is also a washing machine a countertop dishwasher, a clothes airer, an iron and an ironing board.

Local shops, supermarkets and restaurants, local gym, pubs, are at short walking distance either to East Barnet Village (approx. 5 min walking) or to the New Barnet area (approx. 8 min walking). Posts offices and Post Sorting Office, Barclays Bank at very short walking distance too.

Parking is free and unrestricted along the road.

Water: about £15/month estimated, depending on consumption;
Gas: about £30/month average throughout the year. Winter months are more expensive than summer ones (depending on consumption).
