Flatmate of six years is moving to another country and we are looking for a kind and professional new female flatmate to take over her room.

Monthly rent is £1200, and a deposit of £1350 will be needed, as well as referencing.

Bills are all included (electricity, water, high-speed broadband and council tax), apart from the gas bill. 

Gas is not included and will need to be discussed before moving in, as l often travel for extended periods of time.

About the room:

It's a newly furnished cozy bedroom (13 square meters) with a single bed (extendable to a double when needed), wardrobe and lots of storage spaces plus a big flat screen TV. Shared spaces include the bathroom, hallway and kitchen.
