Room in a Shared Flat, Ferme Park Road, N4

Hi,
I'm looking for a flatmate!
Clean, respectful, polite, etc. etc.

You will have your own double bedroom (of course), bathroom and living room (sic!). We will share kitchen only (on your floor), but you will have your own fridge.
My rooms will be upstairs, so there is a lot of privacy for both of us.

Bills and council tax: + ca £200 monthly (if paid monthly in this amount, never had to pay more, but essentially it's all about the usage).

About me:
- trying to keep everything clean and quiet (unless I must listen to the opera loud);
- getting back to playing piano;
- I will always have 'one more question' but I will leave you alone after that;
- working from home 2/3 days a week;
- charming and judgemental.

(Stuff on pics is mine and to be moved upstairs - to my own bed, bath & beyond.)
