This Lancaster town center home is very close to the railway station and a short walk to the town center. This house has SIX uniquely individual large bedrooms. Due to circumstances one of our team needs to move out ans looking to fill her room until the end of term or slightly beyond. The rent includes a very generous allowance for electricity and heating. If used considerately there usually is nothing extra to pay (the heating is on 24/7 so no need to be cold). In short, if you stay within reasonable consumption of no more than consumption £5000 per year there would be NO additional costs for energy.

The contract is for the rest of this academic year or sometime in August if you needed to stay a little longer. 

No deposit is payable but a parent’s guarantee form must be submitted when the contract is signed.
