Hey! We are looking for two people to take over our tenancy for our old street/Shoreditch flat as we are moving flats! The flat is a two bed with a big living room, seperate kitchen and one bathroom and located very close to old street station and nearby to Shoreditch/liverpool street/Spitalfields. With its location we both can easily walk to work ! It is on the ground floor of a block of flats (so only one flight of stairs)

We are looking to move out on the 4th April and a tenancy takeover from the 5th April onwards. The rent is £2575 per month not including bills and this price is locked until September 2027 (end of tenancy) but if you weren’t looking for as long can do a change of occupancy just like this for £50 :))) !

The rooms and living room come furnished and one of the bedrooms has big built in wardrobes ! The flat comes with a fridge freezer and an extra mini freudige and a washing machine. The location is great with lots of cafes bars and restaurants nearby and food markets too during the week!
