I'm giving up my tenancy at Cosmos, one of the most popular student accommodation buildings in Sheffield, as I feel a little too old for it at 27. Check out their website to see all the amazing common spaces. The room is called "premium studio" and is currently more expensive if you book it directly through CRM students.

This self-contained flat features a modern kitchen unit and a private en-suite bathroom. Located right next to Moor Market, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the University of Sheffield.

A bus stop is conveniently located right outside, and major supermarkets like Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose are only a few minutes away.

All bills are included in the rent. There is an on-site laundrette, where you can use an app to pay for each wash and dry. The flat doesn't have a washing machine
