The whole property has been refurbished for 3 years. The ensuite has its own spacious bathroom, and even more spacious spaces for bedroom and other furnitures. The whole property has 2 washing machines, 2 cookers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks so there is never a queue for cooking or cleanning. It located on a quiet, residential street and it is just a five minute walk from the train station. From the station, it takes 7 mins to Balham station, 22 minutes to Victoria station and London Bridge.

 From the property, you can walk 10 minutes to ASDA, LIDL, HOHING, ICELAND and town centre with many local restaurants, coffee shop, pub. It also has a handy corner shop within a two minute walk.
The property makes for the perfect home for friends sharing. It currently has 5 friendly housemates. Our exiting housemates are polite and helpful house mates.  
They are from different nationalities ( European, Hongkong) and they are quiet, honest, clean, respectful to other people’s space. 

One agreed rule of the house is no party, no drugs and no loud music as they are all working with different schedule. We are looking for someone with similar expectation.
