Hi there! 

I´m looking for a new female tenant for the double room as my current flatmate moved out with her partner. Couples are not accepted.

About the flat and the room

The flat is at a 5´ walk from London Bridge station, 10´ from Borough Market, next to Berdmonsey street and with views to the Shard! It´s not on a main road and it´s in front of a park, so it´s really quiet both during the day and night. The flat is really bright and in a safe area that is full of bars and restaurants.

The room is a double room. The size is 4.5 meters x 2.1m



About me. 

I´m 26 and work as a Management Consultant some times from home and others from the office. I´m regularly travelling as it is my passion. I´m clean and tidy, so I´m looking for someone like that too. I also love cooking, trying out new restaurants and going for a run. 

Further Important Information. 

The place is available available as of the 1st of April. The rent for the room is £1000 per month and bills (council tax, wifi, water and electricity) are on average £200 extra per person. This is not a sublet, it would be a joint tenancy between you and I. Breaking clause is 2 months.

The place is originally unfurnished and what you can see is my furniture, so I´m looking for someone who is responsible and clean.
