The room:

Good sized double room. The room is furnished, including the double bed, mattress and two large wardrobes.

Note: the room is for one person only.

The house:

A large family house with a lovely and homely feel, with all necessary amenities and supplies included. There’s a a kitchen, bathroom, extra toilet.  No living room but the kitchen is plenty big enough to host some friends.

The flat has all necessary appliances - fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. Central heating and double glazing.  

The other tenants:

Three other, unrelated tenants live in the house.  A postgrad student, a university member of staff and a technician at the Apple store.  All age 25-30 and British.  People of all nationalities welcome!

Transport:

12 minute walk to East Finchley station where you can catch the Northern Line for easy access to central London. Or you can catch the 263 bus linking you to Highgate, Archway, Holloway Road and Highbury & Islington. A short walk away you have the 143 and 102 buses too.

The neighbourhood:

Safe, friendly and tree-lined residential area. 10 minute walk to the High Street where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and independent coffee shops. Within walking distance, you will also find the lovely neighbourhood of Muswell Hill and the loved Alexandra park and Highgate park. Within walking distance you also have the Finchley lido and leisure centre and cinema and restaurant complex. This is an area that is loved by locals and has a calm and peaceful community feel.
