Room in a Shared House, Droylsden Wharf Road, M43

I'm Erika and I'm from Italy. I'm renting a room in my house with its own bathroom. There is a wardrobe, drawers and a cupboard in the room. There is a modern kitchen and all appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer) and kitchenware that you are welcome to use. I just ask that they are cleaned and put back to their place. You'll have your own space in the cupboard and in the fridge. You are welcome to use the shared space and there is another small room you can use as a study place if you wish. Smoking in the house isn't allowed nor it is in the back garden. I don’t mind if you are a smoker, but you’ll need to go outside.
The room is close to the tram stop and to several bus stops that can take you to town in about half an hour. There are few shops and a decently sized Tesco nearby, lots of takeaways and few pubs too.
The rent includes bills, but the cleanings aren't included, I hope we'll find a way to manage that by taking turns.
I'm quite tidy and a quiet person but I'm happy to have a good chat once I get to know you! I’m always up for trying new food places or going for a walk if you’d like to do those things.
I'm often outside the house so I won't bother you too much and you will be on your own quite often. I can sometimes be working from home but the house if quite big so we won't bother each other. You need to be loving dog as there will be one in the coming months (well behaved, it doesn't go on furniture and people loving).
I'm looking ideally for a professional or a higher education student, female preferred. The room will be available from next week!
