I’m looking for a friendly female to share a house with another nice female. Male may be considered with some steps.  

The room goes for £500. Moderate bill not included.

The room is very large and fully furnished with a king sized bed, two night stands, two chest of drawers and two mirrors. 

This is an excellent Astley, Tyldesley location, 10 min to Leigh and 30 min to Manchester Piccadilly. On the door step of Astley Village - Aldi, Iceland, Asda,
Pure Gym, B&M and tons of Restaurants/ bars to name a few, all in walking distance!

Fully fitted dining kitchen with 1 family sized fridge freezer , microwave, induction hob, toaster, panini maker, kettle, washing machine, dish washer, built in oven. . 

There is a living room with sofa and TV, walk in shower and bathtub, mobile controlled heating/ thermostat, ring door bell and garden/patio.
