We are currently renting this property and are looking for a new tenant to take over our lease.
We have spoken with the landlord/estate agent and they are prepared to offer a new tenancy agreement to the incoming tenant and so a long-term 12 month tenancy would be available for the incoming tenant.
We have secured a new property and are due to move out on 21st April and so the property would be available from around then. (We can be flexible on the date).
