I'm going to be away in New York from April 12th to May 4th (3 weeks), and I'm looking for a short-term tenant to stay in my room while I'm gone.

A few important things to know:

Cleanliness is key – ideally, you're someone tidy and respectful of shared spaces. My roommate will still be living in the flat, so please keep the kitchen clean after use.
You'll have your own private bathroom, located just outside the flat.
I have a friendly dog, so it's important you're a dog lover too!
No guests are allowed in the flat during your stay.
Female tenants preferred.
