I’m a 22-year-old female working in fashion, and I’m looking for a like-minded vegetarian flatmate, male or female, around the same age, to move into the second bedroom of my two-bedroom flat in Crouch End Broadway. The area is lively, with everything you need right at your doorstep.

Rent—£850 per month excluding bills
Deposit: £950 (refundable) + £100 admin fee (non-refundable).
Bills—gas, electric, Wifi & council tax will be split equally between the two of us
Move-in date is preferably 17/04/2025 but can be flexible. available earlier if needed

The room is a single bedroom, suitable for one person only, in a friendly, clean, and peaceful home. The flat It’s on the second floor with no lift. The flat has
one spacious kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub are common to the both of us
