Springfield Avenue is a peaceful and picturesque road in the very desirable area of Merton Park.

The house is a two minute walk away from the South Merton rail station and is a ten minute walk from Morden tube station on the Northern line!

There is a lovely green tiled bathroom with mahogany and marble finishes. You have one and a half bathrooms at your disposal because there is a separate downstairs WC with sink in case it's busy! :-)
