Room in a Shared Flat, Noko, W10

I am the proud owner of this fantastic apartment, but I will only be living here on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. I spend the rest of the week in Wales with my family and work late when I’m in London, so the flat will pretty much be all yours most of the time.

When I’m not here, you’re welcome to use my room as an overspill if you have guests staying over for the weekend. I also take a lot of holidays throughout the year, meaning the flat is yours almost entirely during those times!

The flat has an attic room that’s currently empty, providing plenty of space if you have friends or family staying. The previous tenants actually lived in the attic room and used their main room a guest room.

You’ll be taking the larger ensuite room, which features a king-size bed, a walk-through wardrobe, and new wardrobes. It’s perfect for couples who enjoy hosting friends. The flat will be freshly painted once the current tenants leave and comes fully furnished with high-spec amenities: Smeg kitchen appliances, a 50-inch plasma TV, a Natuzzi electric couch, and unlimited fiber-optic broadband. The apartment also includes smart home technology and is extremely well insulated, which helps keep winter bills relatively low. It gets excellent sunlight and has plenty of storage space, both in the flat and downstairs.

There’s a new gym and pool (Moberley Sports Centre) right across the road—super handy to have nearby. The local area, Kensal Rise, is fantastic, with great amenities and a vibrant community.

I’m looking for professional, reliable, and easy-going flatmates who will enjoy this apartment as much as I have over the past 10 years. The block itself is brilliant, with fun and friendly neighbors.

The flat is available from April but you can move your belonging in from march if needed.

All bills included except for electricity as I'm hardly there so cant control what the bill is. Electricity bill is about 50 in the summer per month and more in winter but it's dependent on how much you heat the flat. Current Tennant hardly ever needs the heat on as the flat is so well insulated.
