The flat is walking distance from two train stations (Thornton Heath <10 mins) and Norwood Junction train & overground (20 mins). Its also a 5 minute walk to Selhurst Park (home ground for premiership team Crystal Palace FC) and if you're feeling energetic a 30 min walk to the very popular Crystal Palace Triangle with many bars, shops & restaurants. Closer options are on Thornton Heath High Street (inc. the Prince George, Blue & Orange, Costa) or South Norwood High Street (cafe 241, Mamma Dough, Shelverdine Goat House.

Rent is £1650/month. Small pets are allowed (cats, small dogs), would consider couples, small families, singles or sharers.
