You will have private use of the penthouse for your entire stay. Keys are collected from a nearby secure locker box, just a 1 minute drive (4 min walk) away to allow for 24/7 access. Keys are then dropped off at the same location after you have checked out.

This home is a peaceful spot, so it’s not suitable for parties or big gatherings. It’s perfect for up to 4 guests max. We’ve got cameras outside and noise monitors in place to keep everything running smoothly. If the rules aren’t followed, security will step in and unfortunately that means an immediate eviction with no refund — and we’d really hate for it to come to that. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space lovely for everyone! 😊

Here are the key rules that must be followed at all times. If any of these are broken, we have the right to immediately evict without refund:

MAX 4 GUESTS - You must keep within the 4 guest limit. Additional visitors may be allowed for a short period but must be approved by our team.

NO PARTIES - This is a serious breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property.

NO NUISANCE - You must not cause nuisance to other neighbours. This includes loud music. Our quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. We have privacy-safe decibel monitors to enforce this.

NO SMOKING - We have a strict no-smoking indoors policy. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation.

MUST BE OVER 25 - You must be over 25 to book a stay at this property. If you book and are under 25, you will not be permitted to check-in.

We appreciate these rules are a little strict... we have to be in order to ensure each guest can arrive to a pleasant home. But don't worry, if you follow these rules, you won't hear a peep from us during your stay 😊
