Hi all :)
Double room with lots of natural light with great views over the city. Since these photos we have completely furnished the room with a double bed & large cupboards with room to hang and store clothes and bedside table. Any furniture can be removed if not wanted and the room is up for your adjustment too how you would preferably want it. And of course these photos are of when previous person lived were living there, the room will come clean and empty apart from furniture left.
As mentioned in the first part of the add all bills are all included which includes Wifi and council tax.
The kitchen is furnished with communal utensils along with both and washing machine and a dishwasher. Gas stove and microwave with loads of cupboard and storage space along with two fridges.
Garden has a bbq and seating area. Smoking is ok in the Garden but no smoking is permitted in the house. Lots of flowers and fresh herbs growing, along with also garden shed for storage.
Communal living room with a large TV and comfortable sofas. Free use to anyone to use at any time. Love sitting in here watching films together and doing other communal stuff.
In terms of travel and access to the city. There is a bus stop at the top of the road (number 70) that leads you both straight to city centre and the other direction towards Frenchay. Gloucester Road is only a 7min walk from the house with other bus routes going towards town centre, Filton, Cribbs Causeway.
There is a parking space out front of the house for tenancy which may vary depending on who parks there first but there is also loads of free parking on the road.
Loads of local food restaurants, gyms, local supermarkets and general shops. Lidl only being a six min walk away and CO-OP being only two min.
As a house we enjoy respecting all the living spaces just so everyone feels relaxed and comfortable. We are a tidy household where cleanliness is important especially considering not everyone eats meat. We love spending time together as a house, whether that's having a drink, cooking together or watching films. But respect each others personal space and alone time. Everyone who lives here are working professionals.
