We are subletting our gorgeous Holloway flat! 
It is a spacious 1-bedroom with a large living room and a separate kitchen. It comes fully furnished and with great quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dehumidifier). By arrangement, we are also happy to leave the apartment decorated and kitchen fully equipped. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent, plus 1 Gb broadband WiFi. 

The flat is located in a safe community estate with a shared garden in central Holloway. It is a 15min walk from both Holloway Road and Tufnell Park tube stations. A bus stop with plenty of connections from central london is right at the doorstep, a literal 2min down the road! 

I would be happy to arrange for a sublet to begin in the first week of April (flexible) and run until the first week of September - we can be flexible on moving dates, but keeping priority to those interested in a full 5-month sublet. No smokers and no pets, apologies!
