Room 3 £995- This room is huge. There are 2 sections: It has a double bed, large wardrobe, storage area, 3 seater sofa.
Room 4 £765 - This is a small double with a single bed, good sized wardrobe, little armchair and desk if required. Lovely, cosy room.
 
The kitchen is large with all white goods: Dryer, dish washer,  large American style fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a dining table with seating and plenty of cupboard space. Everything is organised and kept clean. Cleaner comes once per week.

The bathroom has storage space for towel, toiletries. There is a bath tub and shower. A separate 2nd WC is next to the bathroom. 
Also kept clean. The garden is huge and maintained.The rooms are for professionals looking for a friendly, peaceful vibe.

Please note pets will incur an extra charge of £100pcm. Well behaved mostly indoor cats and quiet pets are fine. Dogs I would have to discuss.
