Room in a Shared Flat, Aston Webb Boulevard, B15

This is a spacious en-suite room available for two months from 1 May- 1 July 2025, in The Metalworks (Student Accommodation).

The room has a large desk with drawer storage. There is shelving above the desk, a medium wardrobe and under-bed storage. There is a 3/4 (small double) bed with bedside storage and a wall radiator.

There is a shared kitchen and lounge with a full sized fridge, mini fridge and mini freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and other utensils/cutlery. The lounge has 2 couches and a television and it’s a 5-bed flat on the 6th floor. The flat, building and front gate are accessible only by key card and each room is only accessible by key. The reception is available to collect all your deliveries and parcels.

There is also an on-site laundry room with many washers and dryers and there is a common room with a tv, pool table, some games and books.

The flat is occupied only with girls at the moment, therefore a potential flatmate would preferably be female. Also, it is a student accommodation, so you must be a student based in Birmingham. It is a short walk from the UoB campus and the Selly Oak student village filled with shops, restaurants, pubs and nightlife.

The rent will be £196 per week (£1, 568 for the full two months - according to a fixed contract).

This would be the perfect place for a short stay in between tenancies for the summer or even to just store stuff in a secure place for two months before the start of the September 2025 academic year.
